These are the exercises that I found to have really for my weight loss along with what I already use. It does not require much time from you daily to do it. However it requires you to do it of 3-5 times each week to do it. To name a few these exercises are: skipping, jumping jacks and three other. I too have a hard time committing to an exercise regimen to loose weight and get the body toned. I found this video with 5 minutes exercises for lower body that I feel I can manage before I start my day. Iām on day 3 today. Wish me luck!
