14 Days Weight Loss Challenge - Home Workout Routine

I noticed on my health journey that your diet is determinative!
Just working out won’t help you if your not changing your diet (even with small changes).
I found it hard to avoid sugar.
What helped for me is eating fruits everyday. This satisfies my sweet cravings.
